Moving people from homelessness to HOME
Rapid Re-Housing is an intervention designed to help individuals and families quickly exit homelessness and return to permanent housing. The resources and services provided are tailored to the unique needs of the household, but typical services included housing search assistance, landlord advocacy and mediation, financial assistance for rent and utilities, and other supportive services such as the provision of food, household furnishings, and connection to other resources including employment assistance.
