Moving individuals from from homelessness to housing

Rapid Rehousing is an intervention designed to help individuals and families quickly exit homelessness and return to permanent housing. The resources and services provided are tailored to the unique needs of the household. Typical services include housing search assistance, landlord advocacy and mediation, financial assistance for rent and utilities. The program also provides other supportive services, including the provision of food, household furnishings, and connection to other resources such as employment assistance.
