    PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING

Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) is an evidence-based housing intervention that combines non-time-limited affordable housing assistance with wrap-around supportive services for people in Durham who are in homeless shelters or unsheltered situations who have disabling conditions.

For more information on Housing for New Hope's Permanent Supportive Housing, please contact Shanika Etheridge, Property Manager, at 919-717-9603.

Housing for New Hope provides safe, decent, and affordable housing for those experiencing homelessness and disability. Through coordination with the City of Durham and Alliance Behavioral Healthcare, those with the longest history of homelessness and/or most challenging disabling conditions are given priority for this type of housing.
