The furniture chosen is a fiscally responsible quality piece that will remain within the house as residents may choose to move onto a different living environment.

With intentionality toward homelessness prevention and solutions, Housing for New Hope is spearheading an affordable housing response for single women with restricted finances - Holloway Place.  Within the next few months, Holloway Place will undergo a complete renovation to provide 6 single women safe and sustainable affordable housing in a co-living model. Each woman will have a furnished bedroom with shared living space. With the generous support of a local designer, we expect Holloway Place to offer a peaceful home to women who work but are unable to keep up with the rising cost of housing in Durham.
