Completed in 2006, Andover Apartments provides twenty units of affordable, supportive housing for homeless individuals with mental illness or other disabling conditions. Residents are referred from, and supported by, community mental health agencies.

Williams Square Apartments

Completed in 2010, Williams Square Apartments provides twenty-four apartments and a community center for homeless individuals with disabling conditions. Williams Square Apartments is named in memory of alumnus, staff, and board member Alphonso Williams.

Williams Square was featured in the 2010 annual report of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, a significant funder of the development (on the cover and on pages 14 through 21).

Sherwood Park Apartments

Since opening in 1997, the twenty-unit Sherwood Park Efficiency Apartments has provided supportive, affordable housing for homeless individuals with modest incomes.
