Completed in 2010, Williams Square Apartments provides twenty-four apartments and a community center for homeless individuals with disabling conditions. Williams Square Apartments is named in memory of alumnus, staff, and board member Alphonso Williams.
Williams Square was featured in the 2010 annual report of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, a significant funder of the development (on the cover and on pages 14 through 21).
