The organization's mission is to encourage and assist homeless people and other persons in crisis to move toward lives marked by increased levels of stability, dignity, hope, and independence.
HOUSING FOR NEW HOPE provides a unique continuum of care for the most needy of Durham's citizens through outreach and crisis assistance, transitional housing, and permanent housing.

In all, more than 145 families and individuals, 21 foundations and giving circles, and 12 congregations contributed more than $97,000 to our end-of-year campaign, almost double our goal. Thank you again for working with us to prevent and end homelessness in our community.
